Takeo Igarashi’s research project to make a user-friendly and lightweight 3D modelling and character generation software. This really small (1.5MB) java application reminds me of the open-source Blender project (Blender development site).
Close friend and former colleague R Aravamudan recalls his association with India’s 11th President. Very interesting read. Our President Dr. Abdul Kalam’s dedication and sincerity is a perfect leading by esample story- which needs to be idealized by politicians in everywhere.
Better late than never. With a burgeoning population and limited resources India’s natural resources and enviornment are under tremendous strain. Hopefully, awareness will promote enviornmentally sustainable development.
