Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM, not to be confused with Digital Rights Management) is a digital radio broadcast technology that uses AAC+SBR to distribute near FM stereo quality sound over shortwave radio. AAC+SBR and other codecs for broadcast radio are discussed here.
