    How about outsourcing to rural U.S.A. the heartland of America? According to Saturn Systems, Inc. www.saturnsys.com by using rural U.S. domestic located development centers companies can save 30-50% when compared to metro located software engineering firms. Recently Saturn Systems has as won several contracts against international located companies (India, Russia & Argentina) based upon lower total cost for software development. I find it interesting that India is now saying they can offer even lower costs for services by using rural locations. Again, America is leading the way!!!!
